Return and Exchange

If your product does not meet your expectations, do not worry. You have a right of exchange that you can exercise within 14 days from the date of order by you of your entire order, in accordance with the regulations. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision within this period, by post or e-mail. In the latter case, we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt by e-mail.

You have 2 possibilities:

– WORLD RELAY RETURN

Go to your customer account, then to “my orders” and click on “Retour Mondial Relay”. All you have to do is download and print! Return your package to the nearest relay point (Service reserved exclusively for orders in metropolitan France).

– RETURN COLISSIMO

Returns are made by Colissimo la Poste, at your expense, to the following address:

EXCHANGE INFORMATION

In order for us to accept your return request, the products will have to be returned:

The products must be in perfect condition and returned with all the parts that compose them. The returned product must not have been worn, worn, modified, washed, damaged or bear traces of perfume and must always have its original label, and returned in its original packaging consisting of two pouches: 1 transparent plastic protective pouch, 1 delivery pouch (or box).

Otherwise no exchange will be made.

We undertake to exchange it as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days from the date of the order. In all cases, it will intervene according to the following modalities:

– The package is returned in its entirety, we exchange the item or possible items, return costs at your expense.

– The package is not returned in its entirety (you keep one or more of the items ordered), we exchange the returned product(s).

The return costs will remain at your expense.

Before shipping and in order to allow us to track your return, please send us an email to contact@dekory.co specifying your invoice number and the reason for the return.
